Admin Focus (Pty) Ltd is an approved Financial Service Provider and successful Short-Term Insurance Company, that complies to the strict legislation of the Law on Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, Reg. nr. 2004/015670/07 dated 09/06/2004.

We consist of a continuous growing client basis, that includes Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance. The portfolio is self-maintained and competitive. This impact is obtained due to the vast client basis around our country.

CURRENT STATUS
Admin Focus (Pty) Ltd specialises in collaborative agreements with pre-authorised Insurance Brokers - the first group of brokers has successfully adapted. The quest for co-operation is still great. Our biggest delay would be the approval process and initial mutual trust and skills of personnel and technology. Needs are initially satisfied after successful approvals settled and that complies with the FAIS Act.

SELLING AND MARKETING PROMOTION
Each broker is free to promote his own brokerage. There is limitations to the use of the Insurers, other brokers names and trademarks. One of the most successful and approved promotions is still the references from satisfied clients.

CREDIT AND PRICING REGULATION
Each broker in this collaborative agreement is self-maintained and productive. There is a close working relationship. Each portfolio's tariff and underwriting regulations is subject to responsible and meaningful risk management.

Each individual policyholder will be evaluated separately and there is a lot of instances where one client is paying more than another. It all depends on his personal claims history, risk address, security, Voluntary first amount payable, policy restrictions and insured risks. Indemnity cover differs from client to client.

ADMIN FOCUS MANAGEMENT PANEL AND QUALITY
The management team is acknowledged marketers with a variety of awards received over the years. Besides the skilled personnel, the management team has over seventy years of experience in the insurance industry.

SJ Vermaak is the only Director of Admin Focus (Pty) Ltd. He has obtained more credits as what is requested by FAIS, but is still doing distance learning to improve his qualifications. He is also contacted by top publications to comment on developments in the insurance industry.
